Parker’s Heritage Collection 12th Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Orange Curaçao Barrels
The nose on this 12th edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection is nice and sweet, and accompanied by orange peel. There is not much oak but there is a slight floral smell. The palate is largely orange curaçao with muted bourbon flavors (vanilla, oak, caramel) popping. (more…)

Booker’s 30th Anniversary Bourbon
The nose on the Booker’s 30th Anniversary Bourbon is heavy on the oak, but balanced by dark fruit and caramel notes, which is followed by baking spices and leather. The palate has a strong oak to it as well as a nice cinnamon accompanied by a good amount of heat. The finish has a long oak to it which then turns into a wonderful spiced fruit. (more…)
