A bourbon review by Kyle O'Connor
Little Book Chapter 2 has a very nice caramel nose to it, along with soft baking spices and dried stone fruit. The palate has plenty of oak to it with spice pushing through, heavy on the cinnamon. On the finish you get a nice amount of vanilla. It also has a heat which is to be expected from the whiskeys that they use and the proof that they bottle it at (11.8.8-proof). Overall this is an excellent, though limited, bottle.
