Eagle Rare Kentucky Straight Bourbon is hands down one of my favorite bottles out in the market! The nose is a mix of toffee, orange peel, baking spices, leather and oak. The taste is bold with spice and heat that quickly turns into a nice caramel that lingers. It is so good I have trouble keeping it in my home.
