Bruichladdich Octomore Edition 9.1

A whiskey review by Kyle O'Connor

Just a heads up: you can smell Bruichladdich Octomore from across the room! The nose has plenty of earthy peat and smoked oak with hints of vanilla and toffee on the tail end. The flavor is surprisingly soft but has a distinct nutty brownie taste to it. The finish is very peaty with a hint of salt. This bottle is an Islay lover’s dream.
