The raw, organic honey that Caledonia Spirits uses to make their gin is liquid gold. And that’s why we’re so excited to be doing a Barr Hill gin tasting with them. We’ll be pouring samples of both their regular gin and their Tom Cat gin. Maybe we’ll even make you a little mini cocktail to see how versatile it can be!
